D&K Truck Compliance was founded by Deb Boesl in 2017. Deb is a former owner operator with over 28 years and 3.5 million miles of safe, accident free, driving experience. She has spent 8 years serving the industry as a compliance expert.  Deb, and her husband Kent, own and operate Boesl Trucking out of Sioux Falls, South Dakota. She began D&K Truck compliance with the primary mission of assisting and supporting small to medium sized trucking companies in  navigating the complex and ever-changing world of federal and state trucking regulations.

As the agency grew and the emerging needs of the trucking industry begun to change, D&K Truck Compliance welcomed former federal employee Andrea (Marks) Hershberger to the team as a compliance agent and interpretative regulatory expert. Andrea spent 16 years with the USDA and is the co-founder of the trucking advocacy group TruckerNation. Andrea lead the charge from 2015-2019 in changing federal Hours of Service (HOS) regulations. She, and her husband Darwin, own and operate Hershberger Livestock, LLC, out of Greeley, Colorado.

D&K’s headquarters office is in Sioux Falls, South Dakota with a second office in Greeley, Colorado. Our physical locations are strategically places in areas where trucking is king. However, D&K currently serves clients nationwide from locations all across the United States and we cannot wait to serve you and your company!

After all, every trucking company out there must follow the same ‘green book’ of regulations. D&K Truck Compliance offers all the peace of mind of a full compliance department, without the overhead or payroll for employees to perform these tasks.

D&K Truck Compliance will NEVER require that you enter a long-term contract with us. All our services are provided and billed on a month-to-month basis, and you will only ever be billed for the work we perform. We pride ourselves on open dialogue, two-way communication, and honesty.
